Low-volume Rapid Molding is our newest in-house service. It offers an alternate method of producing relatively inexpensive low-volume parts to satisfy our customer's immediate needs.

In just a few days we can produce a detailed and accurate part for you with our rapid molding service.

Send us the part to be cast and we can build the mold from your part. If you only have a sketch? We can produce a 3D CAD model for you that will allow you to have your product produced anywhere in the world.

If you don't have a part we can produce a part for you through our Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) Rapid Prototyping machine usually the same day.

The FDM part comes out of the machine with nothing but a little sanding and polishing to be done before going to the casting process.

After we analyze the complexity of your part and the desired use we will determine the type and durometer of material that would best be used to make your part.

The majority of the molds we make are from Silicone. The silicone molds have great release properties and will allow easy removal of the cast parts. The Silicone molds have the capacity to produce detailed and precise parts time after time.

There are several urethanes that can be used to produce the actual cast parts. We use several products that allow you to choose the accuracy, flexibility and color of your parts.
